Spa Studio Policies
-You must be over 18 years old to receive spa services. Those under 18 will need a parent or guardian to be present during a massage or facial. Doctors scripts are required for pediatric massage for children under 16.

-The Spa recognizes a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any last minute cancellation or "NO SHOW" will result in a full charge of the services or VOID of gift certificate. The Spa offers text and email reminders, as well as courtesy calls by request.

-Clients who "no show" two times, will required to pre-pay for the their next appointment.

-Please make sure your contact information, including phone number and email are correct in our system. We offer text reminders, email confirmations and courtesy calls by request.
-A credit card number is required to reserve all services. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS, Paypal, Venmo or Cash.

-Please arrive 15 minutes early of you are a new client as there is paperwork to fill out. Due to our heavy scheduling, clients who arrive late for their appointments will only be given the time of their originally scheduled appointment time. Full payment will be due at the end of session regardless of the start time. To avoid a shortened session, please arrive on time.

-Please reschedule your appointment if you have any symptoms of cold, flu, Covid or other illness. We encourage our staff to reschedule their appointments if they have any contagious illness for client safety.
-The Spa is a place of relaxation and private services. We ask that young children not be brought to "hang out" during your treatments.
-The staff reserve the right to terminate any session and permanently ban a client if the staff feel a client is acting inappropriately. The Spa has zero tolerance for inappropriate or offensive language, lewd/lascivious action, sexual advances, hate speech or inappropriate behavior. Police will be called for for interactions deemed unsafe.
-Alcohol/Smoking is not permitted at The Spa Studio, or on the Heber Associates property grounds.
-NO SHOWS for Gift Certificates will result in a full VOID of the Gift Certificate or a charge on the credit card on file.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Donated gift certificates are limited to date given as expiration. Gift certificates that are past expiration are only accepted for a limited time and may be subject to additional fees as prices have changed.

-Clients must have gift certificate to receive their services. The Spa is not responsible for lost gift certificates, and lost certificates will not be honored without proof of purchase.
-The Spa has a strict "No Refund" policy on all services as well as a "No Return" policy on all of Spa products.
-All services are by appointment only based on availability.
-Couples Massage and multiple service bookings must be made via phone, and are not avilable for online scheduling.
